We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Echo is a crazy and playful little dude! He is small, but is very confident in his abilities as a leader! I am sure that he can handle himself with other pets and kids that know how to play with kittens. Echo was rescued from certain death by a caring road-work crew member who took him to a nearby house for safe keeping. He would be a fun addition to any forever home!

Echo is now about 8 months old. He is neutered and utd on shots. He is so full of fun and life!
