We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Iota is a sweet little female chihuahua mix. Full of kisses and first to greet you. Loves playtime but also loves cuddling. Likes her squeaky toys. She is up to date on her puppy vaccines, dewormed and will be microchipped. She is also current on preventatives. No young children due to her size. Please keep in mind This is a long commitment as chihuahuas life expectancy is 12 to 20 years.
