We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Paca came to our rescue after a local family reached out for help. The babies momma had passed away and they were in need of urgent help. We took them in and began to bottle feed. It was a struggle in the beginning but they all made it and are thriving, they were born on 8/15 and weigh anywhere from 7 lbs to 14 lbs. Paca is about 12 lbs and is black with some white markings. She has been in a foster home since she was about 1 week old. Paca has been with other dogs of different sizes and done well.
