We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Octavia was the smallest kitten for her age that I've ever had survive. She had me very worried for several weeks, so we supplemented her mommy's milk with a bottle. Mom was feeding 6 babies. She's a fighter and she pulled through. Octavia is just a funny and sweet little kitten looking for her forever home.
