We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Quinn is a very nice and low-key kitty. It's hard to believe anyone would dump such a nice cat like him. He gets along great with the other cats and never as much as hissed when he met them. Once he fills out and cleans himself all up, he's going to be a reall stunner! Not sure if he is used to dogs yet, but working on that too!
