We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Jace a sweet little male chi that is in search for a warm lap to snuggle on. He is super sweet and loving. Jace had terrible dental issues when arriving with our rescue. He has now had a denatal done and feels so much better. Due to teeth being removed his tongue will stick out to one side whcih just makes him that much cuter. Jace is considered a senior at the young age of 10 years old but he certainly does not act like it. He has now been neutered, microchipped, updated on vaccines, current on preventatives and had a dental done. We would prefer a quiet home for him to live out the rest of his life.
