We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Jack is a handsome 6 year old, 32# Puggle who came to us after living as an outdoor dog. He started wandering over to the neighbors house where there was an intact girl who must have been just irresistible to an intact boy like him. Now neutered, and learning how to be a real Pet who is loved and appreciated. Potential adopters should have a physically fenced yard. He has lived with children.
