WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Coca was trapped, neutered and returned to a neighborhood, but he is not feral. Coca is a stunning all black polydactyl boy, currently living outside, but he wants to be someone's baby. This is a good kitty and we are hoping to find him a loving home, where he can be mainly indoors, but safely go outside a few hours a day.
