WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. We were trying to catch a litter with a feral Mom, but were only able to snag little Ellwood. He was very tiny, but always has had a adult looking face. I thought for a long time he may be a dwarf, but he seems to be leveling out in size. He has a great personality and loves to play with others. I think he is adaptable to many kinds of families.
