WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Wren and Sparrow are little Tabby sisters who are both precious. They can be adopted together , or separately , but we just loved this picture. You can specify which one you are interested in. They are beautiful now, but they were sickly and neglected kittens, especially Wren, who almost didn't make it.
