WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Simon was trapped last summer along with his siblings and feral mother. We had tried to catch mom for 3 years at least. He and his brother Samson were not easy to socialize,after being outside a long time. Simon is friendly, but on his terms.He will need a quiet and patieeeeent household, free of dogs and young children. He is potentially an indoor outdoor cat. He is a beautiful boy!!
